Heatsense manufactures and stocks a range of Cryogenic Cables designed to operate in extremely low temperature environments. We also offer bespoke solutions if you require something very specific.
Cryogenic cables are specially designed electrical cables that function effectively at extremely low temperatures, down to -273°C (-459°F). They are used in environments where superconductivity, minimal thermal conductivity, or ultra-low-temperature operation is required. They are generally lightweight, offer low outgassing characteristics – essential for use in ultra-high vacuum and space environments. These types of cables offer radiation resistance and also designed for use in particle accelerators and nuclear environments.
